CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Overview

Strong first-year earnings. Earn $65,000–$85,000 in your first year, hauling regional flatbed, RGN, and specialized freight like precast concrete, construction equipment, and building materials.*
Guaranteed pay while you get rolling. Get a guaranteed minimum of $1,250 per week for your first 6 weeks, so you start strong from day one.
Home weekly, every time. Run regional routes that get you home every week, including weekends — no long stretches out, no guesswork.
Trucks you’ll be proud to drive. Roll in well-maintained Kenworth T800s, T880s, and W900s, or Peterbilt 567s — quality equipment built for drivers who take pride in the job.
Training that builds your skill set. Get on-the-job training in multi-axle, RGN, and open-deck hauling, so you can grow your career and your earning potential.
